The first twelve weeks
Evenings were the problem, as they usually are. Not the food itself so much as the eight-hour gap that preceded it.
Remission is not cure. It’s a state that has to be maintained, and it can end quietly.

What changed at review
The fortnightly group ran with the same nine people throughout. Nobody was weighed in front of anybody. Most of the time was spent on what had gone badly.
“I’m not finished,” he says. “I’ve just changed what the work is.”
